The vaccination record your pediatrician's portal won't give you

Every August the school nurse asks for a current immunization record. You log into the portal that only has half the shots. You text your spouse. You call the pediatrician. You finally show up with a printout that's missing two doses. FamCove fixes this. One vault. Every shot. CDC-aligned. School-PDF in one tap.

Free · No credit card · Per-child · Parent-owned

Why parents end up Googling "what shots does my 11-year-old need?"

🏥

Records live in 4 places

Old pediatrician's portal. New pediatrician's portal. CVS for the flu shot. The state immunization registry that nobody can log into. None of them have the full picture.

📅

Schedules are confusing

Hib at 2, 4, 6, 12. DTaP at 2, 4, 6, 15-18, plus a 5th at kindergarten. Plus MMR. Plus Tdap at 11. Plus Meningococcal. Without a tracker that knows your kid's age, you can't know what's due.

🏫

School wants a PDF

Not a screenshot. Not a forwarded email. A clean printout listing each shot, date, lot number — formatted the way the nurse expects. That's the bar.

Summer camp wants the same thing

Different form, same data. Day camps. Sleepaway camps. Sports camps. They all need the immunization page. FamCove generates it once, you submit it ten times.

3 minutes to set up. Forever to never panic-text the pediatrician.

  1. Add your child's birth date — used to compute the recommended schedule for their age.
  2. Log existing records — pick the vaccine from the CDC list, enter date + provider + lot. Or import from your last pediatrician's portal export.
  3. See the status grid — every dose colored green (up-to-date), yellow (due-soon), or red (overdue).
  4. Tap Generate school PDF when the August request lands — opens a print-ready record in a new tab.
  5. Add new shots as they happen — at the next well-visit, log it on your phone before you leave the parking lot.

Frequently asked

What is a vaccination tracker app?

It's a single place that holds every shot your kid has ever had — date, vaccine, dose, provider, lot number — so you can answer the school nurse, the camp medical form, the new pediatrician, or the urgent care intake nurse in 30 seconds instead of 30 minutes hunting through patient portals.

How is FamCove different from my pediatrician's portal?

Portals only show shots given at THAT practice. If your kid switched providers, got a flu shot at CVS, got a vaccine while traveling, or saw a different practice for one visit — those records aren't in there. FamCove is parent-owned and follows your kid across providers, states, and insurance changes.

Is it really CDC-aligned?

Yes. FamCove ships a curated subset of the CDC childhood + adolescent immunization schedule (HepB, RV, DTaP, Hib, PCV, IPV, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, HepA, Tdap, HPV, MenACWY, MenB). Each dose has a recommended age window. We compute up-to-date / due-soon / overdue automatically based on your child's birth date.

Can I print a record for school?

Yes — one tap. The Generate school PDF button opens a printable record formatted for school nurse + summer camp medical-form submission. Vaccinations on file, dates administered, provider, lot numbers, and a separate section listing required-but-missing doses.

Does this replace an official immunization record?

No. Some districts require a physician-signed form on their letterhead. FamCove makes filling out THAT form 10x faster by giving you the underlying dates + lot numbers in one place. We're explicit in the footer of every PDF that this is parent-maintained, not a substitute for an official record.

What about my second kid?

Per-child tracking. Each kid has their own status grid + record list. Add as many kids as you want, free.

Can my partner add records too?

Yes. Records are family-shared. Either parent can log a vaccination. Both parents see the same list. RLS-protected at the database layer.

Is it free?

Yes. The vaccination vault is included free. We don't paywall basic record keeping for your kid's medical history — that's a wrong thing to charge for.

Stop hunting for shot dates every August.

One vault. CDC-aligned. School + camp PDF in a tap.
